Individual headshot sessions
If you need a portrait for LinkedIn, a company biography, or a speaking engagement, we’ll start with where it will appear. That helps us choose the background and framing, and decide how much variety you need from the session.
A Quick Session gives you a focused update. A Full Session allows more time and variety. For photographs that need to cover more of your work and business, we can plan a Personal Branding session. Each option includes a pre-session consultation, my mobile studio at your location, direction during the session, and retouching of your selected portraits.

Corporate team headshots
I bring the studio to your office and match the lighting, background, crop, and editing across your team’s portraits. Each person gets individual direction while we keep the photographs consistent for your website and staff directory.
Before the session, we’ll discuss how many people need portraits, where I can set up, and how to fit the appointments around your workday. If you already have a headshot style, I’ll review examples with you before we choose the setup.
For a growing team, we can also plan future sessions for new hires. Tell me your headcount, location, and any deadline, and I’ll prepare a proposal for your office headshot day or ongoing photography needs.
What a Session at Your Office Looks Like
Brian Holmes reached out in November 2025 needing headshots for A Better Lou's website and branding materials. He wanted to fit it into a workday without losing the afternoon to travel.
I met him in the lobby of his office building, gear in hand. He came off the elevator, saw me standing there, and brought me back. They'd just expanded into a second suite that was still empty. I set up while his team kept working in the other office.
Each person took five to ten minutes in front of the camera, reviewed their images on a laptop, and chose their favorites before walking away. I delivered the retouched portraits the following day.

Conference headshots
I can set up a headshot station at your conference, meeting, or retreat so attendees can update their portraits during the event.
We’ll plan the station around your expected attendance, available space, and event schedule. I’ll bring the lighting and background, direct each portrait, and include basic retouching. I’ll include the coverage time, image delivery, and price in your event proposal.

What to expect
During your pre-session consultation, we’ll discuss where your portraits will appear and choose a background, location, and wardrobe to suit those uses. If you’re organizing a team session, we’ll also plan the schedule and the look you want across the group.
At the session, I’ll set up the lighting and guide your positioning and expression. You’ll review portraits on a laptop as we work, so we can make adjustments and choose your favorites together. We’ll plan any outfit changes around your selected session.
Afterward, I’ll retouch your selected portraits and deliver the finished files through an online gallery. The number of included images and delivery time depend on your session option. Individual-session details are on the headshot pricing page. I’ll confirm team and conference delivery in your proposal. Tell me about any deadline before booking so I can confirm whether rush service is available.
Choosing and finishing your portraits
I connect my camera to a laptop so you can see your portraits during the session. We’ll review expression, lighting, and positioning together and choose the images you want finished.
When I retouch your selections, I’ll address temporary blemishes and minor distractions while preserving your facial features and skin texture. We’ll discuss any specific concerns before I finish your selections.
I’ll confirm the included image count, file requirements, and delivery schedule for your selected session or team proposal before you book.
