Thanks for considering a fine art print from my collection. I create every piece to order right here in Tucson, and I want you to love what you receive. Here's how I handle shipping, returns, and the occasional hiccup.

Returns & Refunds

I produce each fine art print specifically for you after you order. Because of this custom process, I can't accept returns for change of mind, sizing mistakes, or if it doesn't match your couch. Please measure your wall space and review the preview carefully before ordering.

Gift certificates for photography sessions are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.

If Something Arrives Damaged

I pack everything carefully, but shipping can be rough. If your print arrives damaged or has a production defect, I'll replace it at no cost.

Here's what I need from you:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email me at mike@michaelklothphotography.com with your order number and clear photos of both the damage and the packaging

  • I'll get a replacement shipped to you right away

Cancellations

Need to cancel or change your order? Contact me within 24 hours of purchase and I can usually accommodate you. After that, your print enters my production queue and I can't make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

I produce all prints here in Tucson. Production, quality inspection, and careful packing typically take 2-4 weeks. I ship via UPS and you'll receive tracking information by email when your piece ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

I'm not responsible for packages marked as delivered that go missing from your porch or mailroom. If your package is lost in transit before delivery, I'll work with UPS to file a claim and get you a replacement.
