How I Work: Two Things I Won't Compromise On

I shoot tethered so clients can review images on a laptop during the session and choose their favorites before it ends. I don't leave until you're happy with your portrait.

I do light retouching only. I'll clean up temporary blemishes and handle minor distractions, but I won't retouch someone's face into something it isn't. A headshot should look like you on your best day, not a version of you that only exists in software. If a photographer promises to make you look dramatically different, that's worth thinking about before you book them.
