Additional Info:
What Happens After You Reserve:
Within 24 hours, you'll receive a welcome email with my personal phone number and a link to schedule your extended design consultation. I approach these conversations with sensitivity and without time pressure. We'll discuss your pet's current condition, mobility considerations, medical needs, ideal timing, and what you hope to capture while we still have time together.
Session Scheduling:
Legacy sessions receive priority scheduling and can often be arranged within 3-5 days if urgency is a factor. I block half-day availability (typically 3-4 hours) to ensure we're never rushing. Sessions can be split across multiple days if your pet's stamina requires it, at no additional charge.
About Your Artwork Credit and Included Print:
Your $500 artwork credit plus one included large format print (20×24 or larger, your choice of canvas, metal, or acrylic) means you'll have substantial wall art immediately. The credit can be applied toward additional prints, allowing many clients to create comprehensive memorial collections or gift prints to family members.
Why Clients Choose This Experience:
Beyond the extended time and included artwork, this experience includes an in-person gallery review session at your home rather than just online selection. We'll view images together, I'll answer questions, and you'll have time to process everything before making final selections. Many clients tell me this personal review time is invaluable during difficult circumstances.
Health and Mobility Accommodations:
If your pet has limited mobility, is in hospice care, or has specific medical needs, please mention this in your consultation. I'll plan the session around your pet's comfort—shorter intervals, frequent breaks, working in favorite spots where they're already comfortable, and adjusting timeline if they're having a difficult day.
