What Happens After You Book:
Within 24 hours, you'll receive a welcome email with my personal phone number and a link to schedule your design consultation. We'll discuss your professional needs, where this portrait will be used, location options, and wardrobe recommendations. Then you'll book your session date directly from my calendar.
Session Scheduling:
I typically book 2-3 weeks in advance, though holiday sessions (October through December) often require 4-6 weeks. If you have a deadline, mention it when we talk and I'll work with your timeline when possible.
Location Options:
Sessions take place at your office, home, a professional venue, or outdoors throughout Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Vail, and Catalina Foothills. We'll discuss location during your design consultation based on what best represents your professional brand.
If You Need Additional Portraits:
The Quick Session delivers one fully retouched portrait. During gallery selection, you can purchase additional retouched portraits for $150 each if you decide you want backup options. You can also apply the $395 session fee as credit toward an Executive Session ($595) or Personal Branding Session ($895) if you decide you want more comprehensive coverage before we shoot.
Professional Results Without Professional Spaces:
You don't need a photography studio to get professional portraits. I bring the mobile studio to you, creating the same quality you'd expect from a traditional studio without requiring you to travel or find suitable space. My work serves executives, entrepreneurs, consultants, and professionals throughout Tucson who need current imagery without logistical complexity.
