What Happens After You Book:
Within 24 hours, you'll receive a welcome email with my personal phone number and a link to schedule your in-depth design consultation. This conversation covers your business, professional goals, target audience, where you need imagery, and what style serves your brand positioning. This planning ensures the session creates exactly what you need rather than generic professional photos.
Session Scheduling:
Personal Branding Sessions require 90 minutes of focused time, so I typically book these 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure proper calendar blocking. Holiday sessions often require 5-6 weeks advance notice. I work with your schedule and can accommodate evening or weekend sessions when necessary.
About Comprehensive Coverage:
Unlike traditional headshot sessions, the Personal Branding Session creates variety in background, setting, wardrobe, and context. This might include traditional corporate headshots, more casual approachable portraits, environmental shots showing you at work, and lifestyle imagery for social media. Four retouched portraits provide substantial coverage without overwhelming choice.
Platform-Specific Usage Guidance:
After your session, I'll walk you through which images work best for which platforms. LinkedIn favors professional formality. Instagram allows more personality. Website headers need different composition than email signatures. This guidance helps you deploy your imagery strategically rather than randomly.
If You Need More Coverage:
The Personal Branding Session delivers four fully retouched portraits. During gallery selection, you can purchase additional retouched portraits for $150 each. Many clients building comprehensive brands purchase 6-8 total portraits to ensure complete coverage across all platforms and uses without gaps or repetition.
Why This Session Works for Brand Building:
Four different portraits mean you can rotate imagery across platforms without repetition, update individual channels without completely rebranding, and have authentic variety that doesn't look staged. The comprehensive approach creates a visual identity rather than just getting your picture taken.
