Session Scheduling:
I typically book 2-3 weeks in advance, with holiday sessions requiring 4-6 weeks advance notice. Executive Sessions require 60 minutes of focused time, so I block calendar space carefully to ensure you're not rushed.
About Multiple Looks:
The Executive Session provides two distinct professional portraits through background changes, lighting variations, or wardrobe shifts. This variety ensures you're not using the same exact image across every platform, which can look repetitive and stale. We'll plan your specific approach during the design consultation based on your needs.
Location Flexibility:
Sessions take place at your office, home, a professional venue, or outdoors throughout Greater Tucson. Many clients choose their office for authentic environmental context, while others prefer neutral professional settings. We'll discuss what makes sense for your brand during the design consultation.
If You Need Additional Coverage:
The Executive Session delivers two fully retouched portraits. During gallery selection, you can purchase additional retouched portraits for $150 each. Many professionals building comprehensive brand presence purchase 3-4 total portraits to ensure complete platform coverage.
