Technical & Results

I'll deliver your edited gallery within 3-5 business days through an online gallery where you can easily review, select, and download your images.
You'll get 5-12 professionally edited images to choose from. The number of images you license depends on your package, with the option to purchase additional selections. This curated approach means you're not sorting through hundreds of similar shots—just quality options that work.
All images are delivered as high-resolution JPEGs, optimized for both web and print. They're sized right for LinkedIn, your website, business cards, and any other professional materials. If you have specific format needs, I can accommodate those too.
Investment & Policies
Professional headshot sessions start at $395 and include the session time, professional editing, and your digital gallery. I'm happy to discuss package details and current pricing when we talk—each session is tailored to what you need.
I require a 50% deposit to hold your session date, with the remaining balance due when we meet for your session. I accept cash, check, Zelle, and all major credit cards.
Yes, I work with teams and organizations regularly. I'll schedule consecutive sessions that minimize disruption to your workday while still giving each person individual attention. Reach out to discuss group rates for your team.
If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations with less notice forfeit the deposit—though I'm always willing to work with you on rescheduling when circumstances allow.
Professional Guidance
I typically recommend updating your headshots every 2-3 years, or sooner if you've had a significant change in appearance or moved into a new professional role. Your headshot should look like you when someone meets you—that's what builds trust.
Solid colors in navy, charcoal, burgundy, or similar professional tones photograph beautifully. I'd avoid busy patterns, bright whites, or solid black.
